La corporaci\u00f3n estadounidense ha creado en versiones anteriores de termostatos Nest<\/em>, como el Nest Learning Thermostat<\/em> o el Nest Thermostat E<\/em> que comparten muchas de sus funciones y concepto de dise\u00f1o. Pero esta nueva versi\u00f3n, el Nest Thermostat<\/em> simplifica a\u00fan m\u00e1s su nombre, sin tanta finura, tambi\u00e9n renueva su dise\u00f1o y algo que le va gustar a\u00fan m\u00e1s al consumidor, baja su precio en comparaci\u00f3n a sus predecesores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caracter\u00edsticas del Nest Thermostat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Este nuevo termostato de Google sigue teniendo un dise\u00f1o circular que caracteriza a la familia Nest<\/em>; como novedad este dispositivo posee la tecnolog\u00eda de Soli, la cual utiliza un sensor externo visible que est\u00e1 debajo del frontal de espejo, pero no se nota, este sensor tiene la capacidad de detectar si est\u00e1s o no en la casa, aspecto que no ten\u00eda incluido las anteriores versiones del termostato. El dispositivo est\u00e1 fabricado en un 49% de pl\u00e1stico reciclado, lo que habr\u00e1 ayudado a reducir costes de producci\u00f3n, ayuda al medio ambiente, y lo hace m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El espejo del dispositivo no es t\u00e1ctil, tampoco usa la rueda giratoria de los otros Nest<\/em>; en vez de eso la superficie t\u00e1ctil est\u00e1 en el borde, por lo que para realizar acciones como cambiar la temperatura s\u00f3lo tenemos que deslizar o dar toques con el dedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro aspecto a recalcar es que el Nest Thermostat<\/em> no es compatible con la app de Nest<\/em> como los anteriores, sino que solo es compatible con la app de Google Home, adem\u00e1s, ya no cuenta con un dise\u00f1o rotatorio, sino que es t\u00e1ctil y su bater\u00eda de respaldo ya no es recargable, sino que simplemente tendr\u00e1 que usar dos bater\u00edas AAA. Este termostato tambi\u00e9n es compatible con Google Assistant y Amazon Alexa<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desventajas del Nest Thermostat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, y no tan positiva, este modelo de Nest<\/em> es menos avanzado; por ejemplo, no es capaz de aprender de nuestros h\u00e1bitos para cambiar la temperatura autom\u00e1ticamente, es necesario programarlo de manera manual para que sepa cu\u00e1ndo estamos en casa y que temperatura debe configurar cuando lo estemos. La soluci\u00f3n para este problema es simple, en cualquier momento se puede desactivar la programaci\u00f3n manual y poner la temperatura que se quiera usando la app de Google Home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
