{"id":2544,"date":"2020-11-04T10:44:28","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T15:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/niixer.com\/?p=2544"},"modified":"2020-11-04T10:44:29","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T15:44:29","slug":"arm-se-introduce-al-mundo-de-los-procesadores-para-laptops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/niixer.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/04\/arm-se-introduce-al-mundo-de-los-procesadores-para-laptops\/","title":{"rendered":"ARM se introduce al mundo de los procesadores para laptops"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ARM es una empresa desarrolladora de todo tipo de chipset para los diferentes campos de la tecnolog\u00eda, ya sea teniendo participaci\u00f3n junto a otras compa\u00f1\u00edas o siendo el actor principal, brinda su arquitectura para hacer diferentes procesadores, que puede ser para un carro como para un m\u00f3vil o PC gamer; pero en un campo donde no se hab\u00eda arriesgado la empresa brit\u00e1nica, era realizar por s\u00ed sola, un procesador para laptops de alta gama, lanzando al mercado el nuevo Cortex-A78C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No es competencia para las empresas ya establecidas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A mayores rasgos, lo que quiere ARM es trasladar su \u00e9xito en procesadores de celulares de alta gama, al campo de los computadores, que en el momento est\u00e1 dominado por la interminable Intel y por las habilidosas Nvidia y AMD; por esto se puede analizar que la decisi\u00f3n tomada por la firma inglesa es la correcta, ya que no entra a competir directamente en el campo de los computadores de mesa, donde las tres anteriores son extremadamente fuertes, sino que va por una \u201cliga menor\u201d, donde sabe que puede competir mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas de la ARM Cortex-A78C<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La CPU hecha \u00fanicamente por ARM, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para lidiar con procesos que requieran una elevada carga, teniendo en cuenta que va competir en el sector de notebooks de alta gama, es necesario que su procesador este por encima de lo que ofrecen los smartphones m\u00e1s potentes, que es a lo que est\u00e1 acostumbrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, a nivel de GPU, el Cortex-A78C son compatibles con la GPU Mali-G78; no apuestan por la configuraci\u00f3n <em>big.LITTLE<\/em> utilizada en versiones de sus procesadores para m\u00f3viles, en su lugar incorporan versiones de ocho o seis n\u00facleos principales, para conseguir ofrecer una mejor experiencia de la que ofrece su competencia en el campo de los port\u00e1tiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Algunos problemas para ARM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de este nuevo paso con altas expectativas que da la empresa de Cambridge, puede ser algo bueno, tanto para ellos como para el mercado, no todo es bueno; ya que, a pesar de tener un buen hardware, lo que m\u00e1s problemas presenta para este Cortex-A78C es el software, pues la prueba de aplicaciones x64 todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 plenamente operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la competencia lleva bastante m\u00e1s recorrido, empresas como Intel o AMD ofrecen buenos resultados, basado en la amplia experiencia que ya tienen.
