{"id":2505,"date":"2020-11-01T23:21:58","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T04:21:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/niixer.com\/?p=2505"},"modified":"2020-11-01T23:21:59","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T04:21:59","slug":"google-drive-permitira-editar-directamente-documentos-de-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/niixer.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/01\/google-drive-permitira-editar-directamente-documentos-de-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Google Drive permitir\u00e1 editar directamente documentos de Office"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las \u201cnubes\u201d son en la actualidad una aplicaci\u00f3n y factor indispensable en el mundo, en principio no se cre\u00edan que iban a causar un impacto y funcionalidad tan importante para las personas; con estas aplicaciones podemos guardar cualquier documento o archivo que necesitemos, sin necesidad de tener los mismos en un solo dispositivo, siendo Google Drive una de las \u201cnubes\u201d, m\u00e1s utilizadas y descargadas en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ahora se puede editar en Google Drive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Drive, nos brindaba dos opciones cuando ten\u00edamos un archivo creado con Microsoft 365, la primera de ellas era abrir el documento para editarlo directamente con Offie, la segunda opci\u00f3n era descargar una copia al disco duro de la laptop, computador o celular. Pero esto se convirti\u00f3 en una an\u00e9cdota, ya que la empresa estadounidense decidi\u00f3 hacer un cambio importante frente a la forma en la que se permit\u00eda editar un documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa californiana anuncio desde su blog oficial, que su \u201cnube\u201d, de ahora en adelante, con solo hacer un doble clic sobre el archivo, se activara de inmediato el modo edici\u00f3n del documento de Microsoft que quieras editar; de esta manera, se puede decir que se evita un paso que pr\u00e1cticamente, no ten\u00eda demasiado sentido, ya que nos estorbaba as\u00ed fuera por unos segundos, de ponernos a trabajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Otras ventajas de esta mejora en Google Drive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta nueva herramienta, ya no har\u00e1 falta recurrir a OneDrive para disfrutar de guardados autom\u00e1ticos, as\u00ed que, de ahora en adelante, todos los cambios que se le realicen al documento, mientras el formato sea Word, Excel o Power Point (Herramientas de Microsoft Office) se mantendr\u00e1n intactos dentro de la nube de Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esto, cuando de por terminado su trabajo, puede exportar el archivo manteniendo todas sus caracter\u00edsticas como documento compatible con las apps de Microsoft, y no como una adaptaci\u00f3n a la suite ofim\u00e1tica de los de Mountain View. Esta nueva funci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 compatible con todos los formatos de Microsoft 365, lo que incluye formatos .docx, .doc, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx y .xlsm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, si prefiere editar desde Google Drive los textos directamente, en las versiones web de Word, Excel o Power Point tambi\u00e9n puede hacerlo, pero descargando previamente desde Chrome u otro buscador, la extensi\u00f3n &#8220;Edici\u00f3n de Office para documentos, hojas de c\u00e1lculo y diapositivas&#8221;.
